It would depend where the information was being held i.e. if it was being
displayed on a wall in an open plan office then it could be as others may
start saying "Oh Andrew's off again ...every Monday etc. - pattern emerging"
but if it is held in a locked filing cabinet then I can't see any
implications...I would think it would be reasonable for any Line Maanager to
hold this information and would assume that this will come under Staff
Management....
