Which in turn largely nullifies the incentive for companies to keep good
records. If it's a valid defence to claim that the information is too
difficult to extract, any company without a compelling business reason
to have ready access / cross-reference abilities to their information
will now be better off keeping it in as esoteric a filing system as
possible.
