Dear All,
Just a quick query with which I hope you'll be able to provide assistance.
When setting up an information sharing protocol between 2 data controller,
which will involve data being held on a joint computerised system which
data controller will become the owner of the joint data. Will the data be
seperately owned by each controller?
How do others, who already have such systems set up, deal with subject
access requests when received?
Looking forward to your replies.
Kind regards,
Julie Davenport
