There is a website htp://www.internetcrimeforum.org.uk
Very little of its work is in a form that results in a publication. The
Chatwise Streetwise document is the obvious exception.
Nevertheless, there is a working group that's feeding directly into the
ATCS Data Retention Code of Practice exercise being run by the Home
Office.
