Charles,
No, I couldn't see a "general public" class, but I'd suggest using R409
"persons making an enquiry or complaint". You could argue that anyone
accessing a website is making an enquiry for information about the
organisation in question.

Subject: [data-protection] Personal details on the web
Hi,
Just been looking to modify our notification. Where data are published on
the web there does not appear to be any recipient class that would cover the
equivalent of "General public".
Should there be such a class or am I missing something? (I know I can create
such
a class but ...)
Ta.
Charles
