Again, hear hear! I avoid using this phrase in anything - "underwent" can be useful,
simply "has" seems to do just as well. Hasn't today been educational, not-on-
holiday folks???

Can I make a case for avoiding the phrase "suffers from"? I know
this is not a new idea, but you still hear it used in conversation even
when people try to avoid it in writing.
