As it appears that confidentiality agreements alone will not be sufficient
anymore to show a data controller's compliance with the legislation, does
anyone have, and would be willing to share, some 'straightforward' clauses
which can be inserted in contracts between
1) a company and a supplier of goods/services
2) a company and its employees
3) a company and its customers
which detail the DP responsibilities of the second party where the disclosure
of data from the company in the normal course of business is concerned ..?
Thanks in advance
