Kate - we have had a similar argument from tutors who are preparing papers
etc for publication. Apparently their contracts do say that lecture
material they use at the University college is College property/copyright,
but that argument has not been successful. I am considering taking it up
with the Equal opportunities Coordinator and Working Group. Let me know
if you make any progress!
