Hello.
Yes, this can be done - it depends on the LEA and the argument. I
tend NOT to talk about 'the Internet' so much as 'the University's
shared Net facility'. I think that most disabled users employ the
in-house facilities rather more than the far-flung stuff? I always
recommend JANET as a service provider and stress the savings and
'shared experience of same disability'.
