Dispassionate though it may be, there are certainly some 'perspective
issues' to e thought about.
Albeit it is inevitably going to rise considerably in the coming
weeks, the current estimated global total of about 23,000 Covid-19
deaths has got a considerable way to go before it competes with the
250,000 - 650,000 global influenza deaths per year in recent years.
