Am I correct that there will be no equivalent of the criminal offence of processing without registration under GDPR? i.e. there would be a potential administrative penalty for failing to keep records under Article 30 but no criminal offence.
There seems to be nothing in DP Bill but I have not yet seen the draft fees regs under s108 Digital Economy Act.
I'm not sure DEA would even allow creation of an offence under the regs
