To follow on, would any of you not argue then that the mere fact that an email was sent from one employee to another concerning the subject could be the personal data of the subject?
Also, is there an implied FOIA in the SAR itself? I.e. Would you treat the wording "All information held about my complaint." and "All information about me held in relation to my complaint." significantly differently? The latter would certainly appear to be more restrictive, but is it?
