Taking Lawrence's point I am, for once, with the ICO on the issue where s36 in circumstances where e.g. you receive something in the post not meant for you. Firstly I do not e requirements of s55 are met at all in relation to the obtaining. You clearly receive it in domestic circumstances and just keeping it cannot in my view take it out of that.
John's question would fall into the same category only if the original obtaining was for domestic purposes. If not then I stand by my previous answer.
