Learners**

Drawing closely on the Scottish Government's 'Partnership
Matters'guidance, this conference aims to:
- encourage effective partnership working between the various agencies
involved in supporting disabled learners (in both FE and HE)
- provide guidance on the roles and responsibilties of these agencies
- stimulate discussion around inclusiveness and cross-agency working
- showcase good practice in partnership working.
Audience:
- colleges and universities
- local authority social work departments
- NHS boards
- careers services
- other partner organisations, e.g. voluntary sector, work placement
providers, equipment providers, psychological services, etc.
