Dear All
From further investigations I appear to be responsible for the records
generated by our University complimentary therapies clinic. We offer a
range of complimentary therapies courses and the records themselves are
patient case records. The head of the Department suggests they be kept for
8 years after conclusion of treatment to a patient and guidance from the
NHS does suggest this. Does this sound reasonable? I am a complete new
starter when it comes to Health Records and any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Simon
