I can tell you, from my own extensive research no such global DP
training product exists. The OIC does do a CD-based interactive
training DVD called the "The Lights are on", copies of which can be
ordered from their website. I ordered a copy myself out of interest a
few weeks ago, but found that the DVD was faulty, and couldn't help but
see the funnier side of the title in the circumstances...... The
http://www.privacyinternational.org website features surveys conducted
globally on privacy legislation on a country by country basis, which is
a reliable source of further info on the subject.

Hi all
I am doing a bit of research and am interested to hear if you have
experience of the following:
1. A basic introduction / training on Data Protection - some software
which would be easy to role out (question and answer sort of thing?) 2.
which might also be extended to cover differences in Global DP so people
can select the country they work in and see any major concerns
I am talking simple here - we used to have a package called 'Handle with
care' but I am interested in any experiences you all have.
(am out of the office at the moment - so don't be suprised if you get
that message) many thanks
Diane
