Dear Gerry
I was faced with a similar request from a Coroner's Court and took the
view that HM Coroner's Court is a court, the act does not
differentiate.

I take the view that the Coroner's Court (inquest), albeit a
non-criminal court, is nevertheless a 'court' and that s35(1) is
properly engaged in response to any order received from it?
Right? Wrong?
Best,
Gerry.
