I agree with Tim here. I have no great issue with a website home page being
published, but if you are referring to a specific page/article, I think it
should be stated so as to avoid possible confusion (especially where I am
concerned!).

Doubtless there are many articles on many websites which may assist.
However a blanket reference to one's own website, however useful that
website, may sometimes be construed by list members as potential spam. Far
better is to refer to the precise article on the site, which appears to be
http://www.actnow.org.uk/reference.pdf (Forgive me if this is not the
correct article, I simply went by the title)
Please note that this message is absolutely not intended in any way to
denigrate the website or the poster of the message. I am simply asking for
more precise references when web articles are given to us.
