I have often wondered whether the right for an individual to have their data
communicated "in an intelligible form" in response to a subject access
request (s.7 (1) (c)) means "intelligible to that individual" or
"intelligible to a hypothetical average person". If the former, it could
imply provision in braille, large print or tape, or translation into any
language at all.
