I don't remember the thread about it, but logic says that an accident book
contains sensitive data. Thus it should probably be treated as a sequence
number set of removable forms that are sent to HR immediately after the
report is filed, probably in duplicate with a copy for the injured party,
with no paper record being kept in a traditional bound book.

Can anyone point me to the information relating to Accident Books. I
remember a short while ago there was something issued which stated that
Accident Books were not to be left lying in reception areas of offices and I
believe they were to be disposed of and just a sheet kept in the file and
sent to relevant Department if there was an issue.
