A web cam? Presumably a secure link or controlled access is used otherwise
the safety and well-being of the client could be at risk.
As there is the potential for monitoring the staff member's work activities,
they should be warned about the camera / recording and the workplace
monitoring advice issued by the ICO should be applied.
