Dear Members,
Could anyone clarify whether the Durant ruling of a "relevant filing
system" is still applicable? or has it been superceeded by FOI ammendments
to Data Protection? If so is it retrospective?
If still applicable could this be applied to old Social Services "Family
Files", whereby the file is chronological and nearly impossible to seperate
information about individuals without pain stakingly reading and redacting
each page?
Any Clarrificatiion would be Greatly received.
