I would be grateful of any advice, particularly from an FE institute who
has similar issues.
We have a number of learners that have been identified as having
behavioural problems. We have an advisor that is working with the
learner but mainly the tutor with strategies on how to deal with this
behaviour.
There are typed notes (not identifying the learner - called student 1
etc)
these notes and reports detail the learners behaviour, produce a
behavioural plan with desired outcomes and strategies.
I feel some of the details i.e. the desired outcomes could be shared
with the learner if requested, however, some of the other records, for
example the strategies, I think should not be shared as it would be
detrimental to what is trying to be achieved.
Does anyone have a system they use for similar circumstances? Should
we not be recording any details? Any advice would be welcomed.
Many Thanks
