Dear List Members
I am currently looking at SAR procedures for personnel. I have just hit
what appears to be a "grey area".
If a person wishes access to information relating tro a greivance or
investigation against them - do we release statements made? Minutes from
meetings? etc?
Would the content of documents containing alleged actions be regarded as
personal information?
Any help would be greatley received.
Tom
