Somewhat in line with some other comments:
Given that a political view of privacy is 'something which defines
boundaries', FOI is entirely consistent with that statement.
It is then unfortunate when DP or FOI become vehicles to present any
particular viewpoint rather than allowing relevant issues to be examined by
those affected.
