The purpose the disclosure is made for and the 'other' the disclosure is
made to will be of paramount importance and crux in this issue.
e.g. disclosure for the purposes of extolling physical revenge to a person
who would carry out that purpose would not be legitimate, whilst disclosure
to a solicitor for the purposes of extolling physical revenge could be
argued as being legitimate, it would probably also fail.
A need for those issues to be considered together is apparent.
