Good Lord. No imagination.
Take the word cognitive.
Apply it to something like artificial intelligence (or some other form of
..... intelligence).
There is the word "systems" in the message.
Gognitve looking for systems people sees word "data" and there is the
relevance of data protection (protection not far from processing which
occurs often in the list) hence a message is sent to those who do data
processing.
On a different note, with the RAE approaching (esoteric talk for us in HEIs)
any publications may be better than nothing.
