Just in passing and in case any of you thought you had it completely
sussed, the DPA was again amended late in 2004 to bring it and FOISA
into line with each other....

By reading Hansard (or employing someone to do that and let you know
what bits are relevant).
There is also apparently a book (available at all good public libraries)
called "Statutes in Force" which has the amended versions of Acts in.
