Is a request from a parent to see details of their son/daughters student
account (i.e. the money they owe the University) a request for Personal Data?
The parent believes that they should have access to this information, since
their is a parental right of access to education records, surely is not
applicable in Higher Education. Can anyone shed any light on this?
Thanks in advance
Caroline
