Good afternoon all
The organisation I work for has a fundraising office in the USA, and this office maintains a database with names and addresses, etc, on it. Now we don't send any details to this database, as the USA doesn't have data protection legislation to match that in the UK, but are there any restrictions on staff here having access to the USA database?
I'd be grateful for any advice
Many thanks
Sarah Henning
