That dreaded CRM subject again! We have purchased a system jointly with
another authority and are exploring some of the issues that might arise.
One is about a standard script being read or given to customers on first
contact asking their permission to use their personal data across the
council in order to provide multiple services. Has anyone got a script
that they are willing to share and if so, how have you dealt with the
records of customers who do not give their permission?
Any help in this direction would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
