The letter is from the Ombudsman. In the press, the data subject has been
referred to by a false name. The letter contains the real name, which many
people know anyway, though I accept that the fact most interested parties
know is irrelevant.
I checked with the OIC and they said that unless we get a court injunction
we cannot stop the publication of the letter if we disclose it. I Think we
need to point out that this could (and probably would) happen to the third
party when we ask for permission to disclose.
