The likelihood of any public body doing something like this is quite
limited, as your tone implies.
Could I propose that this group is knowledgeable and proactive enough to
submit all of the statutory instruments and amendments of which we are
collectively aware, and then at least something approaching a list might
emerge? For example, as an easy start, you have Sections 69 - 73 and
Schedule 6 of the Freedom of Information Act.
If other contributors were willing, I would be happy to monitor this thread
and compile a list of the suggestions, which after a reasonable period, I
could publish on the thread. I would also do some searching on OPSI and
other sources to see what else I could find. That way, we might not get the
whole thing, but it would be better than anything that's out there already.
