In some discussion arenas it would, but to elaborate to that extent all the
time during normal conversation would complicate the situation to the extent
that very little immediately effective communication would be achieved. Akin
to jargon, there are places where it is necessary to achieve clarity, and
others where it would merely confuse.
For example clarity is generally accepted as necessary in the legal arena,
within which a finite framework of restrictions is documented, but within
that framework differing perspectives still exist, albeit often in a far
more tightly constrained form, often dependent upon a power factor and
reliant upon the presentation of historical material.
Whilst that seems influential within the DP arena in creating demands for
systems proficient in the collection of material capable of historical
consideration, it is philosophically interesting in a privacy versus
surveillance aspect because of the implications of either being driven by
past events or moving towards a perceived future.
