That set of business cards is not personal to the employee. Each card was
collected for a particular business purpose and may lawfully only be used
for this purpose.

Is she going to get caught? No. Is anyone going to complain to anyone?
No. Does the UKIC actually care? Let me see, that's a hard one. Ah yes.
No, he does not.
This is technically the same as leaving one company with a database, but is
such small scale that no-one will actually mind. Especially as a call "Hi,
Fred, now work for Bloggins and co, may I come and see you" is quite
reasonable.
Of course there are restrictions on competitive employment and these have
been enforces in the past. But those are a different matter
