One of my colleagues was about to send this notice to all staff.
Mr X ( tel. no XXX XXXX) who has supplied sandwiches to this
building was declared bankrupt on XX.
As the above should no longer be trading, under no circumstances
whatsoever are staff to place any further orders with this person but
alternatively find another supplier. This is to take immediate effect.
If she sends this to staff, I am worried that this will be breaching the
individuals DP rights,
I would prefer a statement like "Mr X is no longer to be used as a supplier
within the council".
Would this be acceptable?
Has anyone had a similar problem?
Thanks
Duncan
