One would surely hope so.
But food for thought - I was asked if I had received a notification e-mail
of the re-launch, so the ICO may have used the home page publication and
that method to notify people hoping that no unconnected person taking up any
of the old discarded e-mail addresses complained of unsolicited e-mail.
