If you contact Advanced Seating designs they may be able to build to a specification - ASD are the only manufacturer that I know that will build chairs to meet an individuals ver special requirements. Although they dont (as far as I am aware ) have such an item in their catalogue I believe they have always been interested in developing new solutions. As experts in the practicalities of ergonomic design I think you could be confident that any advice they gave would be based on many years unique experience in the industry.
I have used them extensively for building many very special chairs using their special fitting system where individuals with significant disabilities and special seating needs have been equiped with seating that has supported them properly and effectively.

Subject: leaning stool
Dear colleagues
Has anyone come across a stool that can be used by an individual who is
unable to either stand or sit? The person will need to lean on it to
rest, and if possible it needs to be portable so it can be taken
wherever the person needs to go.
Any suggestions most welcome!
best wishes
