The only ointmental fly with BCRs that we have found is that they are new,
and so far not all the DP Authorities recognise them. They beat intra
company contracts hollow for administration, though ICCs may have to be used
where a DPA has not yet ratified the BCR concept
Was that the "not everyone" you were referring to, or have you come across
something I need to be thinking harder about?

Quite right! However, not everyone is happy with the BCRs and a good
proportion of industry will have to look closely at the jurisdictional
issues.
