Dear all,
I wondered whether anyone would be willing to share any contract clauses
they have used to transfer personal data to a data controller outside the
EEA?
I am aware of the EU model contract clauses but I am also aware that there
are a number of reservations about using them (Masons Newsletter Data
Protection and Privacy Practice, December 2002). So I wonder what others
have done and whether, if you have developed your own contract clauses, you
would be willing to share them?
Anne
