You have information in your Customer Database on two 'John Smith'
individuals.
Customer #1093481 has a phone number on record of 018 9039 3013.
Customer #1304913 has a phone number on record of 020 8092 3108.
You receive a phone call from 018 9039 3013, on a system which picks up
the CLI information, and ties into your database. The caller says "Hi,
it's John Smith here, ringing about a problem on my account".
Most companies will correctly be able to 'identify' the caller based on
the data provided.
