So if an e-mail address subscription to one freely available mailing list
forms part of another mailing distribution list which effectively causes the
emails to be sent around a seperate group, that secondary group, or
recipients of it would be the one(s) whose email list and/or filters needed
attention.
Hmm, that seems a complex area with possibly many DP issues, amongst others,
embedded within it.
I suppose the DP issues are dealt with by the freely available on the
internet statements.
