Subject: Relevant (paper) filing systems
Dear all
I've just read that a county court case - Durant v FSA - ruling stated
that a manual personnel file, with an employee's name on the front, was
not a 'relevant filing system' and therefore the info within the file
did not count as 'personal data' under the DPA. Does anyone have any
further info about this case and its implications for SARs?
