The interesting thing is that the ASA is doing arguably the right thing with
the complaint against a legitimate business, provided they have heard the
complaint fairly and allowed evidence to be presented properly. But the
other one? A spam email probable pyramid scheme (oh, I'm sorry, "multilevel
marketing", the acceptable face of pyramid selling), will not care one fig.
