I think you are concerned about IP and you are try to find a DP
reason to refuse
:-)
Surely that person could have printed off all their email and be
gone (let alone
save on a floppy). Unless you don't allow printing, forwarding of
emails to
another account, use of floppies etc. Ditto for the risk to your
intellectual
property and similar, all could have been gone already.
In which case little you can do if the person decides to abuse the
personal
data s/he has got (eg. spam all the email addresses).
Is this person really asking you to put them on a CD and gift wrap
it?
Probably (b) then :-)
