Hi Jo
What we do here - after receiving an objection we write to the objector
explaining that they have 7 days to decide whether they object to this
letter remaining on file - if they do not object then this becomes a public
record and thus why they have probably been able to obtain a copy of the
ltter.
If they object to the letter remaining on file - the objection is withdrawn.
