No, no, no.....how old is Poll Tax - therefore is the addresses you have for
the students accurate ....definitely not.
Also, if you obtained the information for one purpose you cannot then use it
for another or disclose it to another body....
I may be wrong but I wouldn't have thought any organisation could contact a
University for addresses of their students just because they owe money.
