I have been approached by a member of staff undertaking a work funding MBA.
He wishes to base his research of staff attitude/benefits to specificied in-
house clinical risk training. Althought the research is personal the
results may be used to improve future training courses. He wishes to
target, with a questionaire, a scientific cross section of staff and
proposes using the Human Resources staff database. This can be done
without the need for him to see the names of the database. However, my DPA
concern is around using the for this purpose. Can I ask for your
guidance?
