I am not too good with regs for being off sick ... but could it be seen as fraud?
Would fraud be a crime if not reported to the police/courts whoever else?
If yes to the above, I guess if a possible crime (fraud) can be investigated
internally you could use the tapes.

soft when they can't do 24/7.
