Local Government Ombudsman - can anyone advise the extents
of access rights to personal data by the ombudsman in relation to a LG
departmental case dispute? The ombudsman is stating he has no restrictions
to personal data in dealing with the case. The identity of a social worker
or staff we believe should be anonymous and we have the right to delete
this from the information supplied for assessment - anybody dealt with a
similar situation?
